The Dirty Vibez Guarantee (Faults & Damage)
We stand behind our products. If your order arrives with a defect or error, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Vibe Check: We will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund within 3 business days.

We do not accept responsibility for:

Shipping Mishaps: Packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier.
