Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped out from our Dirty Vibez hub in Miami, Florida. We are committed to getting your gear out fast because the vibe can't wait.

Processing Time: All orders are shipped within 1−2 business days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise stated in the product description (e.g., for pre-orders). Orders received by 2 PM EST will be processed the same day.

Order Updates: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered. Dirty Vibez will reach out to you directly in the event your order is delayed.

Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours (2 business days) for tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
Once your order has left the Dirty Vibez hub, we no longer have any contact or control over it. For all inquiries regarding transit status, you must reach out to the courier directly (USPS, FedEx, etc.).
If an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it, you must reach out to the courier directly for further information. Dirty Vibez is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.
International Shipping & Customs
Dirty Vibez ships internationally. You, the customer, are entirely responsible for paying your local country’s duties and taxes. Dirty Vibez is not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees.
For international orders that have been in transit for more than 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to check if the package is available for pickup or has been held up due to unpaid customs fees.
In the rare case should an international order be returned to Dirty Vibez due to a lack of claim, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment at the your buyers expense or offer store credit. As mentioned in our refund policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Packages Returned to Sender
Once a package has been returned to Dirty Vibez due to address issues, we will contact you immediately to organize a new delivery. You will be responsible for the new shipping charges. If you do not respond to our email within 15 days, your order is considered Null & Void.
