Dirty Vibez is expressive wear. It's for anyone who feels more than they're allowed to show and keeps it together on the outside but has chaos humming underneath. For those who don't always say it out loud, but damn sure wear it like they mean it. You don't have to act on your intrusive thoughts, but you can dress like you might.

What is expressive wear?

Expressive wear is clothing that says what you’re thinking without saying a word. It’s for the moods, the messages, and the parts of you that don't play nice.

Streetwear chases trends, our expressive wear tells the truth. It is attitude in fabric form.

What makes Dirty Vibez different from other brands?

❯ How much is shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $9.99 for all domestic shipments.

International shipping costs vary depending on your destination.

Heads up: Due to their geographic locations, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam costs $22.

❯ How long will it take my order to ship?

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
  • International: Depends on location/customs

❯ Why isn’t my order status updated when I log into my account?

Please allow up to 2 business days for order status and tracking information to appear. 

❯ Tracking shows my label has been created, but there’s no movement. Why is this?

It may take 1-2 business days for your shipping status to be updated. If your tracking information does not appear 2 business days after shipping confirmation, please feel free to contact us directly at info@dirtyvibez.com  with your order number in the subject line. 

My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?

Don't panic. At times, the courier won't scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

No, we do not offer same day delivery or expedited shipping at this time.

❯ Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Please note, that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, including APO/FPO. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

❯ Can I change the shipping address on my order?

No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order. 

What type of packaging does my order arrive in?

We ensure your gear arrives safe while keeping unnecessary plastic out of the loop. Your Dirty Vibez items are shipped in minimal, durable, and environmentally conscious packaging. We use recyclable or biodegradable materials to make sure the delivery process stays clean.

My package is lost or marked as delivered but I don't have it. Can you help?

Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any contact or control over it.

  • If the tracking shows your order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout,

  • Dirty Vibez is not liable for the package and cannot offer a refund or replacement.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.

  • First, check with a mailroom, building concierge, or neighbor who may have accepted it.

  • You must contact the shipping courier directly for all inquiries regarding misplaced packages.

  • If you still require assistance after contacting the courier, please email us at info@dirtyvibez.com with your order number in the subject line.

Who is responsible for customs fees on international orders?

You are. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.

What happens if an international package is sent back to you?

If an international order is returned to us due to a lack of claim or refusal to pay duties, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (at your expense) or offer a credit to the website. As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in this scenario.

All Dirty Vibez products are listed in US sizing, unless noted otherwise in the product description. 

❯ How do I indicate my size for Dirty Vibez Apparel?

To view size charts and measurement directions, please visit the “Sizing” tab on each product description page. Each chart provides measurements in inches, measured on a flat surface. 

What sizes do you offer? Are they unisex?

All Dirty Vibez tees feature a regular classic, unisex fit. Not too tight, not too boxy. Sizes typically run true to size. Check our sizing guide to lock in the right fit.

How does the "regular fit" of the Classic Tee run?

Our Classic Tee maintains a true to size regular fit. It's neither overly boxy nor too slim, giving you room to move without looking baggy.

  • Standard Vibe: Order your usual size.
  • Oversized Vibe: Size up one level.
  • Snugger Vibe: Size down one level.

Always check the Sizing Chart on the product page against your best-fitting tee before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

❯ What’s the recommended care protocol to preserve the screen-printed graphic and the longevity of my tee?

To maintain the integrity of the cotton and keep your graphic from fading or cracking, follow these care steps:

  • Washing: Machine wash cold, with like colors. Always turn the tee inside out to protect the print from friction.

  • Drying: Line dry in the shade ONLY. Avoid tumble drying. Heat is the #1 killer of screen prints and cotton quality.

  • Maintenance: No bleach. No dry cleaning.

  • Finishing: Never iron directly over the print. If needed, turn the tee inside out and use the coolest iron setting.

Will my shirt shrink after washing?


Nope. Our tees are preshrunk to ensure the fit you buy is the fit you keep. Just follow the care instructions and it’ll stay dialed-in for the long haul.

Are the graphics on Dirty Vibez tees screen-printed or direct-to-garment (DTG)?

Every Dirty Vibez graphic is screen-printed NEVER DTG. We deliberately utilize this method because screen printing delivers unmatched quality: a bold, heavy ink deposit that ensures crisp lines, rich color, and a vibrant, lasting finish on our heavyweight cotton blanks. This method provides durability that resists fading and is built to ensure your design lasts as long as the shirt itself.

How does the quality of the shirt affect the screen-printed graphic's durability?

The base is everything. We need a canvas that can handle our designs and stay sharp. This heavyweight, smooth cotton locks in ink for crisper lines and long-lasting vibrancy. Because the tee holds its shape and resists wear, your Dirty Vibez graphic stays centered, clean, and bold over time. Simply put: no weak shirts, no weak prints.

Where are your tees made and printed?

Our blanks are sourced from premium suppliers and screen-printed locally using professional-grade methods. We're all about quality, craft, and keeping things authentic.

Is Dirty Vibez committed to responsible and ethical production?

Absolutely. We intentionally source our blank garments from manufacturers that adhere to a strict ethical standard, ensuring every tee is made in facilities that prioritize safe, fair, and humane working conditions. To guarantee this, we work with suppliers that adhere to internationally recognized standards like amfori BSCI. Our commitment is to quality that goes beyond the fabric. It's woven into our entire supply chain.

Are your colors and dyes safe?

Absolutely. We demand non-toxic standards for our fabrics. Our tees are made with fabric from factories certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, guaranteeing the material is free from harmful substances, including heavy metals and formaldehyde. It means your shirt is safe for you and the planet. We don't compromise the vibe for toxicity.

❯ When will my order ship?

A: Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and international orders within 3-5 business days. We always appreciate your patience. 

❯ I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?

A: Once an order is placed, unfortunately it cannot be canceled. 

❯ Can I cancel my pre-order?

A: No. Pre-orders are made-to-order and cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Pre-orders get sent to production as soon as confirmation is received, are final sale, and not eligible for refunds. 

❯ Can I add or remove products from my order?

A: No. Once an order is placed, the customer cannot modify or edit in any form. 

❯ Why can I only buy one style per product?

A: Based on item availability and exclusivity, we set restrictions preventing customers from purchasing multiples of an item to ensure other customers have the opportunity to purchase as well.

What shipping methods do you offer?

A: Domestic U.S. orders are shipped standard ground by USPS or other regional carriers based on delivery location. Orders shipping to non-continental US territories are shipped standard ground by DHL.

Most deliveries are estimated to arrive in 5-10 business days. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe.

  1. Please photograph the order packaging and the items received before discarding any packaging.
  2. Email info@dirtyvibez.com with your order number in the subject line, and attach all photos along with your inquiry. 
  3. We will get back to you shortly with assistance. Please note, you have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing product.


My order was damaged or I suspect items were stolen. What steps should I take to fix this?

  1. Please photograph the order packaging and any damage caused before discarding any packaging.
  2. Email info@dirtyvibez.com with your order number in the subject line, and attach all photos along with your inquiry. 
  3. We will get back to you shortly with assistance. In some cases, a claim with the carrier may be filed if packages were tampered with. Please note, you have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your damaged or missing package.

❯ I placed two or more orders today. Can I combine them to save on shipping? 

A: No, we are unable to consolidate orders. 

❯ Can I place my order over the phone?

A: No, we do not accept phone orders. 

❯ I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address information at checkout, and now my package is being returned to the sender. How do I get my package resent to me?

A: Please email our team at info@dirtyvibez.com for immediate assistance. 

❯ Why can I not add my size to cart?

A: If you are unable to select your correct size, it may have sold out. You can confirm this by refreshing the product page. 

❯ I had an item in my cart, but it sold out while I was entering my payment information. Can I still get this item?

A: Since our products are first-come-first-serve, we unfortunately can not fulfill orders that sell out during cart sessions. We do not have additional stock of any product that sells out.

❯ I placed an order that was canceled the same day. Why did this happen?

A: There are many reasons why orders may be canceled. They include, but are not limited to:

  1. Billing and shipping addresses did not match 
  2. Partial match on the credit card information added at checkout
  3. Unavailable Inventory

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Because of the limited nature of our drops, we can’t process returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size before ordering.

Why no returns?


Each Dirty Vibez drop is produced in limited quantities to keep quality high and waste low. Because of the small-batch nature of our releases, all items are Final Sale. Please doublecheck your size and product details before ordering. we’ve got you.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective tee?

Please Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. Guaranteed!

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email info@dirtybibez.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Note: There is a five day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

❯ Why are international debit/credit cards not accepted?

For security reasons, we are unable to accept international debit or credit cards. 

❯ Why Was I Charged But Didn't Get a Confirmation?

If you were charged but received no Order Confirmation email, your order did not go through.

The Fix:

The charge you see is a temporary bank hold (usually due to a billing/shipping address mismatch). Our system rejects the order immediately.

The funds will be automatically returned to your account within 1–5 business days. Contact your bank if the hold persists.

Remember: Always ensure your shipping and billing addresses match exactly at checkout.

This can occur when you refresh the page while checkout is being processed. Please contact info@dirtyvibez.com or your financial institution if you do not see these duplicate charges removed after 5 business days.

The fabric is also preshrunk, so the fit you invest in is the fit that lasts through countless wears and washes.

Our products are offered on a first come, first serve basis. If a product is out of stock in your size, you can sign up for stock notifications:
